Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of maisondecalibre.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Maison de Calibre, a brand operated by UNZ LIMITED LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Maison de Calibre," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from the Site.

2. Products & Accuracy

We take great care to present our products accurately. However, product images are illustrative; natural materials such as wood grain and leather vary from piece to piece, and screen settings may affect color representation. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability, and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Order confirmation occurs when we send you a confirmation email.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products — including customized vaults and bespoke configurations — are manufactured to your specification. By placing a custom order, you confirm the accuracy of your chosen specifications. Custom orders enter production upon confirmation and cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or as required by applicable law. Estimated completion and delivery timelines for custom pieces are provided at the time of order and in our Shipping Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the price — you will not face additional import charges on delivery. Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed securely by our payment providers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and freight delivery procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and, for freight deliveries, for ensuring reasonable access and availability for scheduled delivery appointments.

7. Returns & Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. All products include our 2-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or normal cosmetic wear. Warranty service is initiated by contacting support@maisondecalibre.com. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Maison de Calibre name, monogram, product designs, photography, and copy — is the property of UNZ LIMITED LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to scrape or harvest data from the Site.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or in our product warranty. Our products are premium storage, winding, and security solutions; no security product can guarantee absolute protection against all risks, and vault products are not a substitute for appropriate insurance coverage of your collection.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UNZ LIMITED LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including, for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom, mandatory consumer rights and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, which apply in addition to these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — provided that, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you additionally benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause deprives you of that protection. We encourage you to contact us first with any dispute at support@maisondecalibre.com — nearly all concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably by our team.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
